Yesterday, we had the privilege of opening the Agila Sverige conference with a lightning talk, sharing lessons from the transformation journey at Telenor Norway. Unfortunately, my partner-in-crime Melinda Holmgren caught a nasty bug and couldn’t make it but I did my best to fill her shoes. She was definitely there in spirit.
